Cell Culture Shift Manager

I started with the company back in 1996 as a production operator. I worked in a number of different areas, gaining experience and learning skills until being promoted to team leader. As well as managing staff, I helped plan daily work schedules and anticipate any increased production demands.

Having been trained in several areas, I was promoted again in 2003. As Cell Culture Shift Manager, I'm responsible for around 40 people and have a huge part to play in a wide range of production issues. It's a challenging role, but I'm making an impact and finding success.

Throughout my time here, I've been given so much support and encouragement. They're really committed to developing skills and rewarding achievement. Anyone with drive and determination can make a great career for themselves here. I'm still learning more and getting more training and I look forward to the challenges ahead. I'm sure I can progress further - and I know the people here will help.
