Of my 14 years with the company, I've been in technical support for 12. Right now, we deal with up to 300 telephone and email enquiries every dayfrom customers across the UK, Scandinavia and Benelux. We're also involved in training programmes and we have the opportunity to visit customers. No two days are ever the same. It's a very dynamic place to work - I've seen lots of changes since I started. As the company expands, so do our skills. They really give you the opportunity to progress.
